No need to say it twice, I’ll come running to the table with a spoon in one hand and sparkles in my eyes!

After a few years in marketing, I’ve decided to take the great leap forward, and bring my passion – patissery – up a notch, going pro. I have one year to prepare the “CAP Patissier” exam in France (Certificate in Pastry). Deadline is June 2012! Slight change of plans … we’re now living in Australia, so I’ll be studying the australian Certificate III in Patisserie, back to school in February 2012 Let’s bake! Enjoy your reading!
